Episode Summary & Review
Summary
An illegal search warrant helps Lucas bust Proctor, at a cost. Sharp and his skinheads look for payback against Emmett, testing the limits of the deputy’s patience. Carrie provides the cash for Max’s treatments and takes a small step towards thawing out her relationship with Gordon and Deva. Job finally gets a lead on Rabbit.
Our Take
This one’s a mixed bag, with the Proctor bust delivering some real tension while the skinhead revenge subplot turns nastier than it needed to. Carrie’s family scenes finally feel like they’re going somewhere, and Job’s Rabbit lead is a nice hook for later. Solid setup hour, even if it mostly exists to move pieces around.
