Summary
A mixed martial arts title bout is being planned at the Kinaho Moon Casino, run by tribe leader Benjamin Longshadow and his son Alex. Huge profits are anticipated for Banshee investors, but the enterprise is threatened when the champion arrives and angers Lucas and especially Siobhan. Will Lucas keep his mouth shut and allow the fight to go on as planned?
Our Take
This one leans hard on the show’s pulpy side, and mostly it works. The MMA setup gives the episode a clear spine, and the casino politics with the Longshadows add some real stakes to a town that could otherwise feel like a backdrop for fights. It drags a bit in the middle when the posturing runs long, but the payoff scrappy, mean, and fun makes it worth sticking around for.
