Summary
Ash must face his destiny as Kandar the Destroyer emerges into the real world, and spread chaos and destruction among humanity.
Our Take
The series goes out big, throwing a giant monster and a full military response at Ash, and mostly the chaos lands. The practical creature work is a lot of fun even if the CGI around it gets shaky, and the ending is a fittingly weird sendoff for a show that never took itself seriously. A decent closer, if not the franchise’s best hour.
