Episode Summary & Review
Arrow tries to train his new team of recruits–Evelyn, Rene, and Curtis–the same way that the Bratva trained him. However, things don’t go so well and Arrow finds himself on his own when a new vigilante arrives in Star City. Meanwhile, Diggle goes on a mission to recover a nuclear trigger and gets a surprise.
