Cupid, China White, and Liza Warner escape prison and seek out a stash of Tobias Church’s money. Green Arrow and the team prepare to go after them, but the ACU receives a tip tying Arrow to Billy’s murder and go after the vigilante. Meanwhile Quentin deals with the new Black Canary, and Thea takes steps to discredit Susan before she can reveal that Oliver is Green Arrow.
