Summary
Orphaned sisters Vi and Powder bring trouble to Zaun’s underground streets in the wake of a heist in posh Piltover.
Our Take
A striking opener that mostly earns its hype. The painted-over-3D animation looks genuinely unlike anything else on TV, and the action moves fast, though the world-building leans on familiar class-conflict beats. The sisters’ bond lands emotionally even before you know the full stakes. Worth your time, especially if you want to see where the buzz started.
