Summary
Jack has the students form a fake cult to sabotage Principal Durbin’s new school uniforms; Mary, Stef and Michelle prepare to see one of their favorite artists who is in town to perform.
Our Take
The cult plot is exactly the kind of unhinged Jack scheme this show does well, and the kids’ deadpan commitment to it earns some real laughs. The women’s night out storyline is thinner and mostly coasts on the cast’s chemistry. A decent, watchable half hour that never fully kicks into gear.
