Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Wednesday takes Shadow to St. Louis to meet with a potential ally in the coming war. Nancy, Ibis, and Bilquis hold a meeting in Cairo, and World gives Technical Boy one last chance before “retiring” him.
Our Take
A busy setup hour that juggles three storylines without letting any of them breathe. Wednesday’s recruitment trip has some fun energy and Bilquis finally gets more to do than look regal, but the Technical Boy subplot lands harder than anything else here. Solid table-setting, though you can feel the season still finding its footing.
