Summary
When Eli creates a nuclear bomb using his new powers, Fitz realizes where he is getting his energies from… and that they threaten to destroy LA. The team has to take Eli down before it’s too late, but Eli manages to take Ghost Rider out of commission.
Our Take
This is a solid action climax that mostly sticks the landing, with the Eli confrontation delivering real stakes and Robbie’s exit landing an emotional punch. The Ghost Rider vs. Eli fight is the highlight, though the CGI gets shaky when the powers start flying. Some plot threads resolve too neatly, but it wraps the arc satisfyingly enough to be worth your time.
