Summary
S.H.I.E.L.D. manages to stop the missile launch and capture Hive… only to discover that he’s exactly where he wants to be. Meanwhile, Daisy tries to deal with the guilt of what she’s done.
Our Take
A mostly satisfying setup hour that finally puts Hive in a room with our team, and Brett Dalton clearly has fun playing creepy instead of brooding. The capture feels too easy, and you’ll see the twist coming, but the Daisy material lands hard. Some pacing bumps in the middle stretch. Worth your time if you’ve come this far.
