Summary
President Ellis sanctions Coulson to continue leading S.H.I.E.L.D. to deal with the Inhuman power. Meanwhile, Malick discovers that his new guest can speak, and Daisy’s team encounters two new Inhumans in Bogota.
Our Take
A solid setup episode that spends most of its time placing pieces on the board. The Bogota mission moves quickly and the new Inhumans are interesting enough, but the Malick material with the silent guest is the real draw, carrying an unsettling weight the rest of the hour lacks. Not much happens, yet the slow-burn tension makes it worth a watch.
