Episode Summary & Review
Summary
An elusive girl in a flower dress may hold the key to the mystery that brings Coulson and team to Asia to rescue a young man with an unusual and dangerous power. Meanwhile, Skye has a secret that jeopardizes her relationship with the team right when they need her most.
Our Take
This one’s a middling hour that leans too hard on Skye’s secret for drama while the Hong Kong plot moves in predictable lines. The fire-powered kid and the flower dress girl give us some decent eye candy, but the villain reveal lands with a shrug. Worth watching for the Skye fallout at the end, just don’t expect the pace to pick up much before then.
