Summary
Finn, Jake and Ice King travel to the Ice World and break through the large ice dome covering the center of the land.
Our Take
This middle chapter of the Elements miniseries mostly runs on atmosphere, and the frozen Ice World is genuinely eerie in a way the show rarely attempts. The Ice King material lands the best, mixing his usual sad-sack comedy with something more unsettling underneath. Not much plot actually moves here, but the slow dread builds nicely, and it’s worth sitting through for where the arc goes next.
