A solid enough finale that wraps up the miniseries without ever landing a real knockout punch. The vampire showdown looks great and Marceline gets a satisfying emotional beat, but the actual resolution feels a bit tidy for eight episodes of buildup. Worth it for fans who stuck with the arc, though it won’t convert anyone new.
