Summary

Finn takes the place of Marceline’s henchman, and he finds out how hard it is to obey her strange ways.

Our Take

A fun early showcase for Marceline, whose lazy menace works better as a running joke than a real threat. The henchman bits land more often than they miss, and Finn’s guilt over faking evilness gives it some heart. It drags a little in the middle when the gag repeats itself, but the ending is worth sticking around for. Solid, if not a series high point.
