Fallout Season 3 Will Not Arrive on Prime Video Until 2027

Prime Video confirms Fallout Season 3 will not premiere until at least 2027. The sci-fi series has passed 100 million views across its first two seasons.

Prime Video has confirmed that Fallout Season 3 will not premiere until at least 2027. Collider reports the wait, noting that production on the third season resumed months ago and there was hope for a 2026 return, but the streamer has now settled on 2027 as the earliest window.

The delay extends a long stretch between chapters. Season 2 arrived at the end of 2025 and its episodes ran deep into the first part of 2026 after Prime Video dropped the binge model for the show. The series has earned more than 100 million views across its first two seasons, and Prime Video renewed it for Season 3 well before Season 2 even premiered.

Walton Goggins, Ella Purnell and Aaron Moten return as The Ghoul, Lucy and Maximus. The series remains one of the biggest bets in Prime Video’s slate, so a 2027 date, while painful, keeps the show on the schedule rather than in limbo. Until then, Seasons 1 and 2 are streaming now.
