Jezebel quits the factory. Klaus wants to know what the union between Danilo and Ana Francisca would be worth. Sebástian asks Maurício to find out the group’s plan. Jezebel assures everyone that Danilo will put her back in charge of the factory. Danilo and Lili are dating in the car. Jezebel chases Sansão, who took her hat, and runs into Danilo. Lili is furious when she learns he asked Olga to date him. Jezebel informs him that he is going to marry Ana Francisca. Danilo refuses and assures Terêncio that he will date Olga. Jezebel quits the factory and shoves a cake into Roseli’s face. Margarido, upon hearing that Jezebel will be the first lady, shoves a cake into her face. Ana Francisca tells Dália to open a bank account. Klaus exults on learning she has a large dowry. Peixoto tries to follow Dália but fails. Jezebel thinks Bernadete should no longer go to the convent but instead marry a rich man. Jezebel assures everyone she will bring Ana Francisca and Danilo together. Jezebel sets the wedding date with Vivaldo. Dália sighs with passion. Márcia looks down on Timóteo’s girlfriend. Peixoto tells Olga that Dália had been in the young widow’s car. Miguel assures everyone that soon Ana Francisca will have a trump card against the mayor. Olga and Graça ask Sebástian for help discovering who the rich woman is. Klaus postpones the wedding, to Celina’s delight. Jezebel sends a kite to Tonico pretending it is from Danilo. Inácia combs Darlene’s hair and confesses that she never had children. Ana Francisca seeks out Danilo and demands that he stop sending presents to Tonico. Jezebel watches them from afar through binoculars and realizes they are fighting. Estelinha cries on learning that Danilo intends to marry Olga. Sebástian assures Olga that in exchange he will want help to win the young widow. Márcia throws Timóteo’s clothes into the river so he won’t go out. Carmem suggests that she has a crush on the cousin.
