Prime Video is bringing James Reece home. The Terminal List, the Chris Pratt led action series that became one of the streamer’s biggest global hits in 2022, will return for Season 2 on October 21, 2026, with all eight episodes dropping at once.
The new season adapts Jack Carr’s second novel, True Believer, and pushes Reece, the Navy SEAL commander turned avenger, out of his comfort zone. What began as a revenge story at home expands into a globe trotting espionage thriller that follows the character across the Indian Ocean, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
The returning cast includes Constance Wu as journalist Katie Buranek and Taylor Kitsch, whose return as Ben Edwards is one of the teasers biggest surprises. Newcomers include Tom Hopper, Gabriel Luna, Luke Hemsworth, Olga Kurylenko, and Yul Vazquez. With Reacher carrying the boxing ring side of Prime Video’s action slate, The Terminal List carries the SEAL trident side, and the four year gap between seasons makes this the most anticipated action return of the month.
