Monday (Sep 7)
Zé asks Juarez to hide illegal car parts. Pérola and Bela celebrate the launch of a maternity assistance program for vulnerable pregnant women at Maternidade Luz, while Junqueira questions Vanessa about the hospital’s succession. Vanessa enlists Sílvia to help her win Gabriel back, and the children scheme to set up Lucas and Bela. Vanessa surprises Gabriel with a dinner among friends. Bela and Lucas kiss.
Tuesday (Sep 8)
Bela and Lucas approve the children’s plan to bring them together. Gabriel refuses to yield to Vanessa’s pressure and states they face a contested divorce. Sabugo brings Tom-Tom home from the foster house, and Peixe risks going back to Juli’s house, now occupied by a man. Vanessa photographs Lucas and Bela’s kiss and shows it to Gabriel. Iara finds her home ransacked, and Juarez despairs.
Wednesday (Sep 9)
Iara despairs over the ransacked house with Bela and Dalila supporting her, and Juarez is relieved that Zé’s parts are still hidden. Peixe rescues belongings of Juli and his siblings, and Juarez confronts Zé while Próspero warns his friend about the supposed mechanic. Leandra discovers that Pérola has a disease she refuses to treat. Lucas takes the children on an outing through the city center. Gabriel declares his love to Bela.
Thursday (Sep 10)
Bela tells Gabriel time has passed for both of them and confirms she is living a story with Lucas. Samuca has a crisis at school calling for Bela; Lucas takes him to the hospital and overhears part of Gabriel and Bela’s conversation, and the obstetrician calms the boy in her arms. Lucas advises Bela to seek a specialized evaluation for Samuca. Toy brings in Maike and his keyboard to draw customers to Próspero’s bar, but a sambista arrives at Clemente’s and empties the place. Vanessa hosts a reporter covering Hospital & Maternidade Luz and enlists Junqueira to promote Gabriel, and neighbor Nair accuses Peixe of stealing her bicycle until Bela declares the boy is her son.
Friday (Sep 11)
Peixe insists to Bela that he and his siblings will not stay in her building much longer. Gabriel and Peixe grow closer, and Bela invites Lucas on an outing with Samuca, joined by Tom-Tom. Vanessa’s scheming pays off as Gabriel is invited to lecture at a major event. Zé offers Juarez money and threatens him again, while Hanna and Ítalo meet. Lucas questions Bela about her feelings for Gabriel, and she insists she must uncover who was responsible for Juli’s death. Juarez positions himself dangerously atop a pedestrian overpass.
Saturday (Sep 12)
Juarez throws the money Zé left with him off the bridge. Lucas invites Bela to dinner at his home, and Toy introduces himself to Leandra as a doctor while Maike warns he must tell her the truth. Peixe meets Gabriel and Vanessa sees it, and Guto and Giovanna kiss secretly in the hospital storage room. Suelen breaks up with Peixe, who then feels a mutual attraction with Dalila. Bela and Lucas enjoy a romantic dinner, and the director declares his passion for the doctor.
