Lothar returns to Jamaica to attend a ceremony in his honor where a children’s ward of a hospital will be named after him. However, he is informed of mysterious events going on related to a new medicine that can cure children. The Defenders learn that it is being stolen by a sea serpent, worshipped by the evil Papa Duke. Papa Duke wants to brainwash the children of the island in order to take it over. The Defenders must try and stop him.
