The Vorlons send an “Inquisitor” to Babylon 5 to confirm Delenn’s readiness to lead the Army of Light. Meanwhile, G’Kar tries to maintain his position as leader of Babylon 5’s Narn population while organizing an underground resistance against the Centauri.
