Our Take
A tense, claustrophobic hour that mostly works because it strips things down to one location and one impossible choice. MacLaren’s quiet unraveling is the real draw here, though some of the medical jargon and protocol talk slows the middle stretch. Worth watching for the ending alone, which lands harder than anything leading up to it.
