Summary
Emily unfortunately endangers the entire division when she’s forced to fire one department head. Meanwhile, Ron and Teddy try to give Van superspeed, and aliens from the future invade Charm City.
Our Take
This one leans hard into the show’s sillier instincts, and it mostly pays off. The alien subplot is absurd in the best way, and Ron and Teddy’s scheme gives the supporting cast plenty to do, though Emily’s storyline gets a bit predictable by the halfway mark. Still a fun, fast half hour that’s worth sticking with if you’ve made it this far.
