Summary
Richard heads for the south of France, via the Alps, in the Pagani Zonda roadster, Top Gear gets its hands on steel cable and cranes for a fun filled game of caravan conkers and there’s a clash of titans on the test track.
Our Take
A goofy, low-stakes hour that knows exactly what it is. The caravan conkers segment is gloriously stupid fun, with cranes swinging carriages into each other while the guys cackle, and the Zonda roadster trip through the Alps gives you the usual gorgeous scenery plus a genuinely great-sounding car. Not much substance here, but if you want to watch things get smashed for laughs, it delivers.
