Summary

Tick,, Batmanuel, and Arthur bring the supervillain Destroyo to justice… or do they? It looks like Destroyo will get a judge and jury to find him innocent. Tick ends up in jail on a contempt charge, Arthur and Batmanuel are stalked by a ninja, and Captain Liberty must guard Destroyo as he attempts to destroy her self-confidence and drive her to suicide.
