Summary
After Tick and Arthur are invited to join the elite League of Superheroes–which doesn’t take women or minorities–Captain Liberty files a lawsuit against the League.
Our Take
A middling episode that leans hard on satire of exclusionary institutions, with some genuinely funny League interviews but a lot of dead air around them. Captain Liberty’s storyline has bite, though it gets less screen time than it deserves while Tick and Arthur goof off. Worth watching for the jokes that land, but it’s a step down from earlier episodes.
