Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Chief Tyrol is plagued by terrifying dreams and seeks the aid of a priest, Starbuck is planning a mission to rescue Anders from Caprica. Roslin and Baltar go head to head in a presidential debate that changes dramatically with the discovery of a habitable planet.
Our Take
A busy setup hour that juggles three storylines without dropping any of them. Tyrol’s sessions with Brother Cavil give the episode its best material, darkly funny and quietly unsettling at once, while the debate stuff works better than expected thanks to Baltar’s total collapse on camera. The planet discovery lands as a genuine gut punch. Worth it for the ending alone.
