Confinement

Episode Summary & Review

Summary

Emery arrests Ash, and everyone ends up in the town jail as Baal makes his appearance… in someone else’s flesh.

Our Take

A claustrophobic bottle episode that mostly works because the cramped jail setting forces the cast to bounce off each other, and the suspicion over who’s really Baal gives it a nice paranoid kick. The humor lands better than the horror this week, and some of the bickering runs long. Solid middle-tier stuff, worth a watch but not one you’ll remember by season’s end.
