Summary
Thirty years after his battle with the Deadites, Ash works as a stockboy at ValueStop. However, when he inadvertently recites a verse from the Necronomicon, Ash brings back the evil… and he’s not the only one that the Deadites want.
Our Take
A rowdy, gore-soaked kickoff that leans hard on Bruce Campbell’s smirking charm, and mostly gets away with it. The comedy hits more than the horror does, though some of the CGI blood looks cheap. Worth a look if you want something loud and dumb in the best way.
