Episode Summary & Review
Summary
While Blackwing tests the captive Dirk for psychic abilities, an increasingly desperate Todd tries to find his friend and deal with his Pararibulitis. Meanwhile, Bart makes a new friend, and Friedkin questions Ken.
Our Take
A busy, scattered opener that spends a lot of energy re-establishing everyone’s mess after last season’s cliffhanger. Elijah Wood carries the emotional weight well, and Bart’s new storyline is a welcome detour, but the Blackwing material feels padded. Fun enough, though it takes a while to find its rhythm again.
