An Old Start

Episode Summary & Review

Summary

Gob acquires a new office for the company with a “premium view.” Michael gets a shock when he returns to a place that holds a lot of memories.

Our Take

This one leans hard on Gob’s obliviousness and a lot of walking around a building, and the jokes land about half the time. The Michael material has a few decent moments of awkward recognition, but the pacing feels sluggish compared to the stronger early episodes of the season. It’s fine background viewing if you’re already committed, just don’t expect the sharp stuff.
