Summary
When Michael reunites with his estranged love, Sally Sitwell, their romance is interrupted by meddling parents. Meanwhile, Gob starts to fall for Lucille 2 and Lucille worries about who will bid on her in the bachelorette auction this year since Buster is dating someone.
Our Take
A busy episode that juggles three storylines and mostly keeps them all funny. Michael and Sally’s doomed reunion lands some great awkward moments, and Gob’s flustered pursuit of Lucille 2 is a nice change of pace for his character. The bachelorette auction stuff is thinner, but the callbacks and running gags tie everything together nicely. Solid, quick-witted stuff well worth your time.
