Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Tyrell Wellick, now Evil Corp’s acting CTO since Elliot helped get Terry Colby arrested, makes Elliot an offer he can (and does) refuse: a position as Evil Corp’s head of Cyber Security and a big bank account to match. By saying no, has Elliot made himself a mark for Wellick?
Our Take
A slower, moodier follow-up that spends most of its time setting up pieces rather than playing them. Rami Malek’s narration still carries a lot of weight, and the Tyrell material is appropriately creepy, but the pacing drags in the middle stretch. Worth watching for the atmosphere alone, just don’t expect the punch of the pilot.
