Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Jack, given the task of cleaning up the CIA, makes difficult decisions that have immediate consequences. A cartel operator moves in the shadows to organize an important meeting.
Our Take
A solid premiere that mostly sets the table rather than delivering thrills. Krasinski slips back into the role easily, and the bureaucratic wrangling at the CIA gives the season a clear direction, but the cartel storyline feels like familiar ground we’ve covered before. Slow in spots, though the ending lands a hook strong enough to justify coming back next week.
