Summary
The crew receives a warm welcome to the pirate loving town of Whisky Peak. But with a pair of assassins on the loose, trouble isn’t far behind.
Our Take
Whisky Peak is a fun mid-season pivot that leans into comedy before pulling the rug out. The town’s hospitality has a great sinister edge once you know what’s coming, and Zoro gets the standout sequence of the episode so far. The pacing stumbles a bit in the middle with some repetitive bar antics, but the tension shift in the back half makes it an easy hour to recommend.
