Episode Summary & Review
Summary
In the future of Batman Beyond, Amanda Waller reveals to an older Terry McGinnis she created the project Batman Beyond to continue Bruce Wayne’s work.
Our Take
A quiet, unusually emotional coda that plays more like Batman Beyond’s true series finale than a Justice League episode. The Waller reveal is a lot to swallow, and the genetic destiny angle gets uncomfortably close to undermining Terry’s own choices, but the voice work and that final rooftop conversation land it anyway. Worth your time, especially if you ever cared about Terry.
