Summary
The Justice League battle Mordru in the background, while the narrative follows Booster Gold as he attempts to close a walking black hole while he’s supposed to be on “crowd control”.
Our Take
A fun change of pace that hands the spotlight to Booster Gold while the big fight with Mordru happens offscreen. The jokes about hero ego and being stuck on crowd control land well, though the black hole plot itself stays thin. Worth a watch for the character comedy, just don’t expect much stakes.
