Episode Summary & Review
Summary
The Viking army begins to gather in Kattegat; Lagertha must remain vigilant in the absence of her son, Bjorn.
Our Take
A slow-building hour that spends most of its time positioning pieces for the war to come, and it mostly gets away with it because the character work is solid. Lagertha’s unease carries the episode, though some of the political maneuvering in Kattegat feels like treading water. Worth watching for the momentum alone, just don’t expect much action.
