Our Take
This is a middling hour that mostly sets up bigger conflicts down the line. Common’s quiet frustration at home gives the episode some real weight, but the Campbell scheming feels like rehashed political maneuvering we’ve seen done better. Nothing here drags badly, and the pacing is fine, just don’t expect any big payoff. Worth watching if you’re already invested in the season.
