Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Jake struggles to regain his footing after the botched raid, while Samantha grows increasingly final option to find Polina. Sato feels the pressure of his elevated standing in Chihari-Kai.
Our Take
A quieter, moodier hour that lets the fallout breathe, and it mostly works. Ansel Elgort finally gets to play Jake as genuinely rattled instead of just determined, and Show Kashtatsu steals scenes as Sato weighs what his promotion actually costs him. The Polina thread drags a bit in the middle, but the tension keeps building toward what should be a heavy finale. Worth your time.
