Summary
After getting shortchanged on the fee for a bounty, Spike and Jet head to New Tijuana on the trail of another mark, but they’re not the only ones.
Our Take
This is a confident pilot that mostly gets by on style, and the good news is the style actually works. John Cho and Mustafa Shakir settle into their buddy dynamic quickly, even if the case itself is thin and the pacing sags in the middle. Worth a look for the look alone, just don’t expect the story to grab you yet.
