Our Take
This is the episode where the show’s deadpan absurdity mostly pays off, with Devon’s romance with a literal mannequin somehow playing as both a joke and a sincere soap opera beat. Wiig gets to go full melodramatic villain and clearly relishes it. The pacing sags in the middle stretch, but if the premise has hooked you by now, this hour keeps the bit alive.
