Summary
After Rock freaks out on The Artie Mann Show, he discovers that Fresno’s sax player has turned up dead. However, he’s holding the wrong sax, and Rock figures that it’s the key to the mystery of who killed Fresno.
Our Take
This one coasts a bit on the same jokes the first two episodes already made, and the noir parody is starting to wear thin. The dead sax player mystery picks up some momentum in the back half, but too much of the runtime is spent on bits that don’t land. Fine if you’re already invested, skippable if you’re not.
