Summary
Kenny and Stevie return to their hometown of Shelby, NC. April has a surprise waiting for Kenny.
Our Take
This one feels like a treading-water episode, setting up the finale more than delivering anything on its own. Danny McBride still gets a few solid rants in, and seeing Kenny slink back to Shelby has some sting, but the April storyline lands flat instead of surprising. Fine to watch if you’re already this far in, just don’t expect much payoff.
