Summary
The gang tries to solve a murder of a woman who works for a company that makes beauty products from honey.
Our Take
The season opener leans hard into the show’s candy-colored quirk, and the bee-themed mystery is more cute than clever, with a resolution that arrives too easily. Still, the cast slips back into their rhythms nicely, and Kristin Chenoweth’s Olive gets the best material hiding out at a convent. A pleasant enough return, just lighter on charm than the first season’s peaks.
