Summary
In 1989, Lila digs up one of her mother’s secrets. The families join forces to fight the Kugelblitz. Reginald teaches Klaus to harness his powers.
Our Take
This is a solid middle-tier episode that splits its time between Klaus getting genuinely useful for once and the family finally cooperating against the Kugelblitz. The Klaus and Reginald material is the highlight, even if it’s uncomfortable watching. The Lila backstory stuff in 1989 drags a bit, but the hour moves well enough overall. Worth your time, just not a season high point.
