Summary
Jack uses Michelle’s annual murder mystery party to impress Lynette. Meanwhile, in a moment of desperation, the students break into Whitlock High to steal the A.P. Bio practice exams.
Our Take
A decent midseason episode that leans on the murder mystery format to give Jack a new setting to be terrible in, and it mostly works. The kids’ break-in subplot gets some good dumb-teenager energy, though a few gags run longer than they should. Nothing groundbreaking, but if you’re enjoying the season so far, this one keeps the streak of solid, low-stakes laughs going.
