Summary
Jack finds out his former girlfriend Meredith needs a venue for a charity fundraiser and has the perfect place: his student Victor’s house. Victor and the other kids are inspired by Jack to party for the first time.
Our Take
The party premise is thin and the Meredith storyline fizzles out before it goes anywhere interesting, but the kids carrying the episode mostly works. Victor and the other students getting their first taste of rebellion has some genuinely funny moments, even if Jack feels sidelined. A middling episode that’s fine to watch but easy to skip.
