Summary
Constance is getting married and she’s hired her Party Down friends to make sure they attend. Ron, guided by Constance’s wisdom to ‘follow your heart’, makes a final option bid for love.
Our Take
A warm, mostly satisfying finale that trades the usual catering chaos for actual emotional stakes. Jane Lynch slots back in like she never left, and Ron’s doomed romantic gesture is painful in the way this show does best. Some jokes fall flat and the pacing sags mid-episode, but the bittersweet ending lands. Worth it for fans who’ve stuck with these losers this long.
