Episode Summary & Review
Summary
In the Ozarks, Marty struggles to find a local business he can use for money laundering, while his kids make new friends but neglect a crucial duty.
Our Take
A slower, setup-heavy hour that spends most of its time on Marty’s awkward business shopping, and the pacing shows it. The kids’ subplot adds some needed texture, though the family drama still feels a bit stiff this early. Worth watching for the atmosphere and Bateman’s quiet work, but it’s clearly laying groundwork rather than standing on its own.
